So, who is Mario Juarez? His website paints him as a family man. A businessman and contributor to the community. But those of us who know him well, know that this is not true. Mario Juarez is corrupt and is not fit to sit on the city council.
After graduating from Fremont High School in 1997, Mario Juarez moved out of Oakland and only moved back to Oakland 2 years ago, after living in Tracey and Hayward for many years.
His first business, American Legal Judgements, a collections firm, went bankrupt in 2003. His next business, The Judicial Group, also a collections firm, was sued by the City of Oakland in 2007 for fraud and breach of contract. It shut down just before the city filed suit. His latest company, Fireside Realty, has been sued multiple times by people who were defrauded. Mario is currently being investigated by the District Attorney’s office for identity theft.

Mario Juarez is widely known in the Fruitvale community, and beyond, as a corrupted real estate agent that makes predatory loans to people that do not speak, read or write English. Don’t believe us? Ask your friends in the real estate community about him. See what they say.
He has stolen the life savings of many hard working immigrants. Some have given him loans that didn’t get paid back. Others purchased homes through him that had undisclosed illegal units, and others lost everything due to predatory loans.
Mario R. Juarez has proven himself incapable of managing his own business. He has filed for bankrupcty, has been sued countless times for fraud and breach of contract, and was even sued by the city of oakland. His personal life is a disaster. How can we expect him to handle the many problems facing our city?

Its disgusting! How come this man is being supported by the Democratic PARTY? I’m absolutely astonished. I’m not a fan of politics, but this is ridiculous. How low can we go? Maybe we should get rid of the Democratic Party for backing up this fella in the first place! Talk about dirty, this guy is a complete scumb bag!

What does this have to do with Ignacio De La Fuente? As far as proving it, my friend, it’s all public record. Secondly, I witnessed the woman named Norma (noted on this blog) come forward last night in a community forum, claiming she had been beaten by Mario AND that he tried to steal her ID. Some lady has it on video! Where is the fricken VIDEO?? I asked her what she was going to do with it and she told me she was like ‘What else, YOUTUBE’ so I’m sure when it’s up, if ever, you will have your proof, little man.
Oh and please don’t mix apples with pears here, this has nothing to do with Iggy OR his cronies, so stick to the subject, Mario Juarez is a CERTIFIED crook and it’s not only one person making the claim, lots of people are starting to come forward. He’s TOAST.
