On April 10, 2002, American Judgment Corporation filed a lawsuit against Mario for breach of duties, conversion of corporate assets, and fraud. Alameda County Case number 2002046948
In November 2006, Carlos A. Martinez, a former client of Mario Juarez’ Fireside real estate company files suit against Mario Juarez and others for Breach of Contract and Warranty. The plaintiff sought damages for fraud and negligence related to a home he purchased using Mario Juarez’ Fireside Real Estate. Alameda County Case Number RG06264545. Mario Juarez sold this man property when he clearly knew that this was an illegal unit!
“Plaintiff purchased a residence and attached rental units from the seller, defendents; Mario Juarez who is associated with Folden Enterprises dba Fireside Realty, acted as plaintiffs broker in the transaction. Plaintiff now contends that the property had various significant code violations and cannot be used as he intended. Plaintiff is thus suing the sellers, their realor(s) and Mario Juarez and Folden Enterprises for Negligence, Fraud, etc”
December 4, 2006: Fruitvale small-business owner Joseph Martinez files a lawsuit against Mario Juarez and his company Folden Enterprises (dba Fireside Real Estate) for damages resulting from breach of contract, negligence, and misrepresentation. Alameda County Case Number RG06300637.
The case was settled out of court and Mario agreed to pay a settlement for an undisclosed amount.
On April 12, 2007, Condie Small Business Services, a small, female-owned business filed a lawsuit against Mario Juarez for Breach of Contract and damages due to Fraud. See Alameda County Case Number RG07320317 for full details on the case.

This is dirty politics at its worst. We all know who is behind your group. I hope others are as estute as me and see through your lies.
I challenge you to show me ANY business that has been in business for many years to be lawsuit or litigation free. It comes with the territory. I am a property manager and have a real estate license. I know some people make bad decision with any misleading from sellers, realtors etc. They are just plain uneducated on contract law or sound decision making.
When they suffer a loss that they may deserve for being stupid or greedy their first instinct is to blame anyone else.

Really? How many times have you beed sued in the last 3 years? 2 times? 4 times? 5 times like Mario Juarez?
Have you been arrested like Mario Juarez? Are you being investigated by the District Attorney’s office like Mario Juarez? Have you been sued for child support like Mario Juarez?
Have you filed bankruptcy TWICE in the last 6 years like Mario Juarez?
If the answer is yes to all of these, or even half of these, or even 1/3 of these, then, Ron, you too are unfit to run for City Council.
That is our point with this blog. Everyone makes mistakes. Everyone has some growing up to do. Everyone even has the opportunity to set their lives straight, and try again. But if you’re going to run for city council, to be the leader of 50,000 people, then, by God, you should have something to show that you’ve earned it.
And being greedy and ambitious, and attaching yourself to a bunch of incumbent-haters, is not sufficient proof that you’re ready to lead us. Do you understand? We are doing this because we LOVE LOVE LOVE our community. Not because we hate Mario.
