May 16, 2008: We apologize to our readers. Our investigative skills were lacking. We thought Mario had filed for bankruptcy once. It turns out he has filed for bankruptcy twice in the last 6 years. In response to Mario’s allegations that the CIty Attorney’s office acted “politically” when it sued him, the City Attorney’s office published certain public documents in its possession to protect the integrity of the office.
